It's not easy being green( or yellow)

Welcome to GA in the spring. Every year come April, the Peach state becomes the pollen state and we all suffer.

This is a picture of a table on my porch. And it doesn't stop there. My car, my lungs and my dog are covered in green. The flowers are beautiful and actually not our problem. It's the pine trees. You can just see the pollen falling from them at any given time.

It's no wonder I spend a small fortune on tissues!

  1. Oh, I hear you. Every day when I go out to my car at the end of the workday, I have to double-check to see which one is mine. They're ALL yellow. The pollen is so thick on my car this last couple days that if I wanted to, I could scoop handfuls off the hood. And I don't even park under a tree!! Sigh.

  2. I sent all our pollen up to you guys. I was pretty sick of it last month.

The rain has helped so much since Apr 1st.
