Below is the patio set that I saw at our local Home Depot clearance store last weekend. I have been desperately wanting a patio set bc we love to sit on the back porch in the evenings and I have been wanting to eat out there.
So I got it! It was marked down almost 1000.00 dollars and we couldn't pass up the deal. Mind you we had to rent the HD truck to get it home. And THANK GOD our neighbor was home. There was no way Doug and I would have been able to carry the table top to the back of the house. The silly thing is made of slate and weighs a ton.
Mike and Doug put the tabletop together and one of the chairs while I took the truck back to HD. But then Doug and I had to put the rest of the chairs together which took another 3 hours. But I am happy with it and Reilly is very happy, since Mom and Dad will spend more time out here with him.
Somehow though, in the midst of the day, he managed to hurt himself and was limping around pretty pitifully..... But he's better now, and running around like a maniac despite my attempts to keep him in check.

ReplyDeleteThanks! I intend to enjoy it all summer long. And the HD near us is having a sale on the outdoor heaters so I am thinking winter and fall too :)
